Independent Beach Sihanoukville is supposed to be a beach resort in Cambodia. There are a few beaches in town. However the closest one from the budget accommodation area, Victoria Beach, is very dirty. Many take moto to go other beaches. |

All beaches are quiet The water is very clean but they all have many rocks and the sand parts are very narrow. |
