Cambodia's new year's day is
April 14. The holiday lasts for 3 days. Many people come to Wat
Phnom. |

This new year celebration is
same as Thailand and Myanmar but they do not throw water so much.
They use white powder instead. |

Same as other countries, young
beautiful girls are victims for the white powder. But they do
not like to be powdered by anybody. Some girls actually got mad
at the men who do it. |

I found a strange play
near Wat Phnom. Young boys and girls are stand separately both
side. And one from each side is appointed from the other side
and come to the center. The boy tries to get a branch on the
ground and the girl tries to stop him. |

|
When the boy successfully
pick the branch up, everybody cheers him up. I do not know what
it means. |
