Kosice, Slovakia's 2nd largest city, is a modern industrial city
with an impressive historical center. In the medieval main square
there are many fine examples of Renaissance, Gothic and Baroque
style architecture. Kosice is worth visiting for 1 or 2 days, the people are friendly and there aren't so many tourists, except in summer. |
