Train Station: 15min walk N from Sule Pagoda.Tickets available at foreigners' counter or go to the station master. Or at MTT(Com. $2 seat only. To book sleeper go to station) Fare is expensive due to special foreigners fare.
Food available on train. Trains are not so clean.

B1	Saw Bwar Gyi Gone Highway Station: 18km N from town Central bus station for long distance buses for most of the destinations. Transport: City bus #51 20k+luggage 10k
B2	Sinmalike Bus Station: 5km NW from town, Mid-distance minibus or pickup stations.Now closed. Transport: Bus#34, from Anawrahta Rd. + Mahabandoola Garden St.
B3	Aung Mingalar Highway Bus Station: A bus station for Bago, Kyaiktyio. Transport: bus #43 takes 1hr, 20k/p + luggage fee 10k. They try to overcharge. By Taxi 2000k
Mandalay: Many bus companies have their office in front of the train station. All of them , except Leo Express set up foreigners' fare which are 1500-4000k more than regular fare. Very hard to avoid the foreigners' fares.
ta	Leo Express: in front of the train station and T249512 a/c video 4600k 16hr dep17:00 from B1. Good quality. All other bus companies to Mandalay charge higher than Leo so it is very hard to book a seat.
Bagan: Buses leave from the main bus station(B1)
ta	Mann Shwe Pyi Express: a/c ‚7000k dep15:00, 17hrs You can also book at an agent on Garden Street, one block N and one block E from Sule Pagoda. Eastern State Express: a/c 6500k dep15:00, 17hrs next to Mann Shwe Pyu Express.
Taunggyi(Inle Lake): Buses leave from the main bus station(B1) The buses are for Taunggyi. You can get off at Shwe Nyaung then take a truck bus to inle lake(Nyaung Shwe)

	From B3 bus station, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 11:30 4000k 5hrs
