Very beautiful and quiet beach. There is no facilities except hotels. Shops, internet cafes, restaurants are located with the hotels.
Thong Nai pan is divided by a small hill to 2 part, Noi(North) and Yai(South) both are equally quiet but Yai has more budget accommodation.

From Thong Sala: communal taxi, 100B/p dep 12:30, 17:00 connecting to the ferry from Donsok(Surat Thani) As you land at Thong Sala, you will see roundabout like space for songthaws to Hat Rin. Ask to pickups waiting there.
From Hat Rin or Maenam in Koh Samui: A boat leaving from Maenam at 12:00 arriving at Hat Rin East beach around 13:00.

Accommodation

Wonderful secluded bays at the NE of Koh Phangan. Excellent swimming beaches which some say the best on the island. Incredible views of many coconut trees, sands and rocks. There are two bays close each other. South is bigger. However both are quiet even at the Full Moon night and well secluded beautiful bays.
Most travelers go the south because more bungalows and cheaper.
Accommodation standard is good and slightly cheaper than the rest of island. There are all facilities what you need, such as bungalows, restaurants, shops, rental bikes(200-250B/day) and internet cafe(3B/min 10 min. min. very expensive)
